Cheese Vault Tour

The master cheesemaker will begin with an introductory talk about Errington Cheese and its historical connection to the stunning landscape which surrounds them. The tour then enters the cheese making buildings where you will be able to get up close with the process. Feel, smell, and taste all things cheese as you venture deeper. We will then enter the cheese maturation vaults to sample the reserve wheels of matured Corra Linn. A gastronomical experience not to be missed. 

We will then continue through the farm and into the barns to learn where the milk for the cheese comes from. There is ample opportunity to interact with our friendly herds of sheep, goats, and pigs at this point. Things are ever changing and there are always new lambs or kids to meet. The Cheese Vault Tour concludes at the Errington Cheese Shop & Café. You will then be offered the opportunity to taste and sample the full range of Errington Cheeses.
