    Each Box will be posted to you in a branded Errington Cheese gift box. Boxes are posted overnight via APC courier in order to ensure that they are in top condition at the point of delivery.

    Burns Night Special contains unpasturised cheeses. 

    We recommend that upon recieving your box that the cheeses within are kept refrigerated. 

    Cheeses are cut by hand. Cheese weights stated are an approximate.

    Elrick Log: Errington Cheese, South-Lanarkshire Scotland. 200g

    A fresh, soft, lactic-style goat’s cheese that is rubbed in vegetable ash. The cheeses have a smooth, creamy texture with a light, tangy flavour that is subtle yet refreshing. The ash rub not only adds visual appeal but also imparts a light smokiness, enhancing the cheese’s earthy, herbal qualities. It is a cheese that embodies the simplicity and beauty of fresh goat’s milk, with a distinct layer of complexity.

    Lanark Blue: Errington Cheese, South-Lanarkshire, Scotland. 200g

    Distinctive blue cheese made from the milk of Errington ewes. It is a semi-soft cheese with a beautiful, creamy texture and characteristic blue veins that provide an earthy, tangy flavour. The cheese has a natural richness from the ewes' milk, with an added complexity from the blue mould, which develops as the cheese ages. The flavour is bold, yet smooth, with a slight sweetness that balances the sharp tang of the blue.  

    Isle of Mull. Mature Cheddar. Isle of Mull, Scotland. 300g

    Robust and full-flavoured cheese. It is made with cow’s milk and has a firm texture with a slightly crumbly finish. This cheese is known for its deep, tangy, and earthy flavour, which intensifies with age.
