Corrington Linn

We experimented when the goats first arrived on the farm of mixing the ewes and goats milk, the result is Corrington Linn, a hard pressed cheese, we loved it so much we made more, the result is a delicious, sweet cheese with a lovely  softer texture than the corra linn. The perfect marriage in our opinon.
