Elrick Log

Elrick Log is a raw goat milk lactic cheese which is sprinkled with ash in order to develop a delicate mold rind. Elrick Log boasts a bright fresh citric character, with a hint of spice that develops with age. 
The texture is smooth and creamy with a fudge reminiscent center. 

Delightfully pairs with heather blossom honey, fresh strawberries, and sparkling wine. The sweetness and bubbles cut through the cheese's body unlocking an escalating plethora of character within each succulent bite.
Elrick Log is so named after the humble village of Elsrickle, nestled beneath the shadow of the impressive pentland outlier, Blackmount. Amply laden with awards, most recently, Gold at the World Cheese Awards 2023.
