Lanark White

Lanark White is a raw ewe-milk cheese which holds an established position within the Errington Cheese selection. First made in 2002, it is a firm favorite to many.Molded and salted to be matured in traditional stonewalled farmhouse buildings for at least two months.
 
Errington Lacaune sheep milk January through September. The very first wheel of Lanark White is ready in the early spring and will have a much sweeter herbal character than its later season counter parts who present a not overpowering grassy botanical flavor.
